You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

How to Start a Return

We will send you a return shipping label and instructions once your return request is accepted. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Important — Custom & Memorial Items
Due to the personalized and sentimental nature of our memorial jewelry (made from ashes, fur, whiskers, or other personal materials), full refunds are generally not issued.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we may offer partial refunds up to 25% or repairs depending on the situation. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to discuss possible solutions.

Exchanges
To get the item you want fastest, please return your current item (if eligible), and once accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For shipments to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if a refund or repair is approved. If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
